Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik mindfulness sebagai upaya peningkatan subjective well being pekerja sosial napza di Sumatera Barat bagian utara. Desain penelitian adalah pre test – post test control group design dengan menggunakan alat ukur Skala Subjective Well Being. Subyek penelitiannya merupakan pekerja sosial Napza di Sumatera Barat bagian utara sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda statistika t-test. Hasil uji beda skor pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh yaitu nilai asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada skor subjective well being peserta pelatihan sehingga dapat dinyatakan Teknik Mindfullness efektif untuk meningkatkan subjective well being Pekerja Sosial Napza di Sumatera Barat bagian Utara.
